Please choose from the options described below to register to receive information on new development applications filed with the Planning Department.

Register Your Association

Notification of new applications will provide your community an opportunity to participate early in the development review process. To receive informational mailings about new development projects in your community, your organization must register with The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission. In an effort to maintain an accurate database, all associations are required to update annually.Register Your Association Register Your Association

Resident Registration

As a registered resident in up to two council districts, registered persons shall receive a monthly report of all development applications filed, sorted by Council district, and digital copies of the informational mailings for all listed applications; To receive hearing dates and decisions on any cases, please register to become a person of record.
