	2022 Nonresidential Report	December 2022	Report	The landscape of office, industrial, and retail property in Prince George's County	This report provides a synopsis of nonresidential data with an emphasis on office, industrial, and retail in some markets within the D.C. metropolitan area and submarkets within Prince George's County. The data analysis assesses the County's market strengths and potential improvement. It may also shed light on policy recommendations for the general or master planning process.
