This pre-application form is for one project boundary and for number assignments for all applications required for the project. The contact person will receive application numbers, applicable mailing lists and a boundary sketch within one week of receipt. The preapplication conference is required for all Planning Board Applications filed under the new Code. Effective on APRIL 1, 2022, the pre-conference requirement may also apply to Planning Board applications filed under the prior Code. Each preapplication requires three separate documents: an engineered property boundary survey, a project narrative, and a concept plan. Any submission without all three documents will be rejected. NOTES: Applicant may request a determination to waive the Pre-Application Conference Requirement (Official waiver request must be provided with submittal package in the Project Narrative Document) |
