Open House Contest Winner!

A special congratulations goes to Glendale Community Center’s very own Xtreme Teen Jordan. Jordan, 17 years old, received a brand new Apple iPad mini as part of our annual open house scan contest. He attended Glendale Community Center’s Xtreme Teen Open House on Friday, October 10, 2014 and scanned his free M-NCPPC Youth ID card (link to www.pgparks.com/page10060.aspx) to enter the contest. Jordan is very happy and excited to have won. Department of Parks and Recreation Deputy Director Debbie Tyner and Glendale Community Center Program Specialist Darryl Lakins were present to award Jordan his prize and to offer words of encouragement. Jordan continues to attend Xtreme Teen Drop In programs at our centers.
