School Is Back In Session:
August 26, 2014, all the schools in Prince George’s County started their 2014-2015 school year. With the help of our Community Centers giving back with back to school parties and supplies drives, you should be ready for what this school year has to offer. You have the fresh outfits and uniforms, now you need the fresh mindset to match your swag. The quarter has just started; you should be getting comfortable in your classrooms and with your teachers. Never be afraid to ask questions if you don’t understand or help if you need extra assistance; only you control your future. No question is a dumb question unless you don’t ask; take full advantage of your education, for it is the foundation to life’s journeys. When you get out of school, feel free to drop-in for our XTREME AFTERSCHOOL program. Monday through Friday from 2-6 PM, at select locations, you can now enjoy a variety of activities and receive assets that will help you grow up to be healthy, caring and responsible; all you need is your FREE youth id card. For more information on locations and activities call: 301-699-2255 or log onto PGXTREMETEENS.com
