I understand that the M-NCPPC Department of Parks and Recreation reserves the right to charge my organization accordingly based on expenses incurred during my rental. These charges include, but are not limited to, the full replacement cost of any equipment not returned, the cost of repairs for any equipment returned damaged, cleaning costs for facilities that require excessive cleaning at the end of the contracted rental time, personnel costs outside of the agreed-upon time frame, and/or the repair cost for any damage to its facilities while being used by my organization. The Department also reserves the right to deny any future requests from my organization based on improper usage of facilities/equipment.
